UNDERSTANDING PLANETARY RELATIONS – FRIENDLY & INIMICAL ASPECTS - “MARS”

Mars is the developing concept of Lord Eswara, and Mars is the governing concept of Egoism and Confidence. Besides this Mars also represents Power, besides having properties of Lord Yama.

INIMICAL ASPECTS

Mars is inimical to Mercury, Saturn and Rahu (Dragon-Head). A man with high ego and over confidence cannot demonstrate his intelligence upon other in a proper way. The intellect gets infectious when the person is angry and takes him towards taking wrong decisions. It is often seen a person with strong intellect sometimes cannot put forward himself as a leader and all his efforts goes in vain. There is fine line between Confidence and Over Confidence, and while imparting knowledge it is often seen that a person goes overboard and blurts out wrong things. In astrological combinations, when these two planets are balanced they give the native BUDDHI SHAKTI, but incase Mars is affected then this drives the person towards Egoism. When Mercury is placed before Mars, there are hurdles in the education and the native learns about Mantras.

Saturn is Karma/Work and Mars is Power. To work properly a person requires power and confidence, So how can Mars and Saturn be enemies and most importantly Mars is Exalted in Saturn’s House. While working a person needs to be polite and sub-due, but the quality of Mars of being over powering and egoistic makes the person quarrelsome and trouble maker. Also, Mars is considered as the concept of Lord Yama, who is supposed to be brother of Saturn, but Saturn made Lord Yama lame and due to difference between them since their childhood days, Mars is considered inimical to Saturn. In Astrology when these planets are conjoined together or have mutual aspect the person struggles in his career path and only shines after the Age of 28 – 29. In my personal observations, I have noticed that this combination of Mars and Saturn conjoined or in 7th to each other in a female chart makes it difficult for the Husband to shine well in his career.

Dragon-Head is an expansive shadowy planet and swallows anything that comes it way. Mars is Egoism and Power. The Egoism rises high because of the massive planet. This combination makes a person greedy and a cheat. Rahu also signifies Materialistic things and Mars is desire. When these two are together the whims and fancies of the person are not fulfilled because Mars acts as an obstruction. In astrology when these two are together the person develops some bad habits may be like drinking, smoking etc. If Saturn is also influencing this combination then he can make a person Dacoit or thief also.

FRIENDLY PLANETS

Sun is the King, Moon is the Queen, Jupiter is the Guide and most importantly Mars is the Army General, this is why all these planets are friendly. However It has been noted that when Moon and Mars are conjoined together the mind of the person gets stubborn and ability to take decisions if heavily affected. But this ability is only affected if Moon is not properly places and has no sight either from Saturn or Rahu.

Tip: Mars represent Brothers and the no. of planets along with Mars represent the no. of siblings a person will have. Incase Rahu is present, death of sibling at a very stage is depicted.

Hope this article helped you understand the relationship of Mars with other planets and most importantly the reason behind such aspect.

In the next post we will be discussing the planetary relationship of MERCURY with other Grahas/Planets.

ROUNDS OF JUPITER

In Naadi astrology, Jupiter is considered as the Life Force and the predictions are given on the basis of transiting Jupiter, when he touches other planets. Jupiter takes nearly 1 year to go from one Rasi/Sign to the other. Here we are ignoring the retrograde effect of Jupiter which will be discussed in later articles. Jupiter takes 1 year in 1 rasi/sign which means he will take 12 years to reach back to the 12th house from its natal position. In this period of 1 year Jupiter will touch Sun, Moon, Mars, Venus, Rahu, Etc., and give the results as per the significations and the strength of the planets. For instance when Jupiter touches Moon, it can be well deduced that the native will have a change of place at that age.
The first house is 1st year, second house is 2nd year, third house is 3rd year and so on until the twelfth house which is the 12th year of the native. After completing 12 years, Jupiter progresses further to its natal position and again in his rounds he will touch the same planets which he touched earlier. Does this mean that results showered on the native will be same?? Definitely No, the results will be entirely different. This will be termed as the second round of Jupiter which will be from 12 – 24 years of age. During this period when Jupiter will touch Moon again, this will denote that the family of the native might have travelled or changed a house because of the native. As we grow old our strength reduces over a period of time, this is because the strength of Jupiter also gets reduced after making several rounds. The fifth round of Jupiter contributes from the age of 48 – 60. After the age of 60, Jupiter enters the 6th round from 60 – 72, this is where we start getting minor and major health issues.
The rounds of the Jupiter have to be carefully understood in order to make the correct predictions. Now the question arises here, that from where we need to count the rounds of Jupiter? As explained earlier in Naadi method of Astrology, Lagna is not given importance but the placement of Jupiter is. The houses are also counted from the position where Jupiter is placed. Just like in regular astrology, even here the representation of the houses is the same. The 1st House is our self, 2nd House is the Family, Wife, and Money, 3rd House represents our siblings, courage, travel and so on the 4th, 5th, ….. till the 12th house. The planets sitting in the house, Aspects to the house, Trinal sign conjunctions to that house help come to a stronger conclusion. The rounds are classified as under:

1st Round = 1 To 12 Years of Age: During this round, the significations of the planets will be showered upon the individual and everything will be revolving around him.

2nd Round = 12 – 24 Years of Age: During this round the significations will be showered upon the family or the problems or benefits the individual faces will be because of the family. Also during this time the income and change in education patterns for higher studies is seen. Marriage is also an important aspect during this round.

3rd Round = 24 – 36 Years of Age: During this period of 12 years, losses, travelling and growth of the siblings is affected. There could be loss of money due to travelling, loss of money because of purchase etc. Apart from this our brothers/sisters moving away from family or their work life can also be predicted. All these things will also affect the native.

4th Round = 36 – 48 Years of Age: During the 4th round, Jupiter showers the result of the planets sitting in the 4th house or planets aspecting it. This period denotes happiness, property and the prosperity of mother and individual.

5th Round = 48 – 60 Years of Age: This round of Jupiter tells us about the growth of our children. The progress of the children will bring laurels to the native or he has to face some troubles due to them can be seen from this round.
Every round of Jupiter has its own good and bad affects depending upon the planets touched. Also, the rounds of Saturn, Rahu and Ketu play an important role during each Jupiter round.

Tip: The 4th house from each transiting Jupiter tells about how happy and prosperous it is going to be for the coming year.

Hope this article gave you a brief understanding about the rounds of Jupiter. We will be discussing this with a chart where it will be easier for you to understand.

In the next post we will be continuing our planetary relationships and relation of MARS with other Grahas/Planets will be discussed

UNDERSTANDING PLANETARY RELATIONS – FRIENDLY & INIMICAL ASPECTS - “MOON”

Hello, firstly I would like to wish u all a Very Happy and Prosperous New Year. May God fill this year for you with Good Health, Wealth, Love and Luck.
Continuing with our articles, till now we have covered significations of planets, bhavas and rashis and presently understanding the relations between the Grahas. As discussed previously, Sun is inimical to Rahu, Saturn, Venus and why is it friendly with the other planets. In the same manner today we will know about Moon.

MOON

INIMICAL ASPECTS

Moon as we all know represents the mind and mother. And just like Sun, Moon is also a luminous body which cannot have any enmity towards other planets. However, in astrology, it has been observed that Moon is inimical to Dragon-Tail, Dragon-Head, Venus and Saturn (In a Different Way). When Moon is associated with Ketu (Dragon-Tail) or Rahu (Dragon-Head), the native tends to have mental problems, hallucinations, along with being weak minded, etc. In this combination it is generally observed that the person lacks the ability to think and apply is mind. The native also become wicked minded especially when Mars is linked up with them.
Saturn when conjunct with Moon by 1,5,9,7 brings out lot of changes in the professional path of the native. The native might not be satisfied with one job and aspires a high position in a very short time. The same combination helps a person work for foreign companies and also move abroad in his lifetime or his career will be connected with overseas. This combination is most feared because of the Sade Sati which is caused when transiting Saturn is approaching Moon. Regarding this the readers can read the article Saturn – The Performer.
Venus indicates Daughter-In-Law and Moon indicates Mother-In-Law, no matter how much the mother and daughter in law try to keep peace among them, but there will always be difference in opinions and this will result into fights among them. Apart from this, Venus represents Money and Moon represents Expense. Whenever Moon and Venus are conjoined together the native will always have free flowing expenses. This is the prime reason for their enmity and a non-cordial relationship.

FRIENDLY ASPECTS

Moon is the Mind and has friendly aspects with Sun, Mercury and Mars. Sun is the Father and Soul, Mercury is the Prince and Education and Mars is the Energy and Commander. This itself explains that why these planets are comfortable among each other.

Hope this article helped you understand the relationship of Moon with other planets and most importantly the reason behind such aspect.

In the next post we will be discussing the planetary relationship of MARS with other Grahas/Planets.
